We are excited to bring a new class to Old Town Hot Springs. Power Core will take place Mondays at 5:30 pm with instructor Reall Colbenson. The first class will start, Monday, October 16.
This dynamic 60 minute Power Core workout offers calorie-torching cardio blasts, all-body functional training power moves, and mat work set to strengthen, lengthen, and tone – all with specific focus on the core: abs, back, hips, chest, and glutes. Options available for all exercise levels, beginners to advanced athletes.
