Welcome to Steamboat Springs Masters Swimming at Old Town Hot Springs!

Masters practices are coached from the deck and focus on conditioning, stroke technique, skill development and fun. Swimmers are encouraged to swim within their own comfort range and are assigned to lanes according to ability. Distances range from 2,000 – 3,000 yards and include all strokes.  All levels are welcome.

Coach Noelle Wilhite

Coach Noelle Wilhite

Noelle joined Old Town Hot Springs as our Masters Swimming Coach in April 2017.  Prior to arriving in Steamboat, she coached with Palo Alto Stanford Aquatics where she worked primarily with novice through Pre-Senior swimmers. She served as a Zone 1N and Western Zone All-Star coach leading swimmers to JO, Far Western and Western Zone All-Star championships as well as Pacific Swimming and Western Zone All-Star records.

Coach Noelle has been coaching swimming since 1996 where she worked with her club team to instruct young swimmers. While attending graduate school at Michigan, she volunteer coached under Jim Richardson for the University of Michigan Women’s Swim Team. From 2010-2014 Noelle served as the Assistant Swim Coach for University of Illinois at Chicago where she became the primary sprint coach. During her time at UIC, Noelle developed school record holders, conference champions, NCAA-B qualifiers and Olympic Trials qualifiers.
