Trade Work Policy at Old Town Hot Springs

Old Town Hot Springs offers individuals the opportunity to work off membership dues.  This trade work involves cleaning, landscaping, childcare, and general maintenance of all types. Trade workers must be 18 years or older to participate in the program.  The work is physical so disabilities and or injuries will limit your eligibility.  All potential trade workers must consent to a background check.  Old Town Hot Springs reserves the right to deny trade work based on the results and findings of the completed background check.  Disqualifications may include but are not limited to charges, arrests or convictions for drugs, alcohol, indecent exposure, pedophilia, sexual misconduct, rape, and/or assault of any kind.

Memberships
Memberships are activated once all required hours are complete.
Trade workers may use the facility after each of their scheduled trade shifts. 

Scheduling
Arrangements for work days and times should be scheduled with specific managers in advance.  Work opportunities are not guaranteed for drop-in applicants. 

Hourly Rate
Hours are equivalent to approximately $9 per hour.
Minimum trade is for eight hours.
