Start off the New Year with health and exercise in mind by joining the Old Town Hot Springs Fitness Frenzy! The 2018 Fitness Frenzy is January 15th – February 16th.
How does it work:
- Sign up for the Old Town Hot Springs Fitness Frenzy through the membership portal beginning on January 3, 2018. You can also stop by or call the front desk.
- Regardless of how you sign up, please stop by the front desk to receive your Fitness Frenzy program and all core workouts prepared by OTHS Personal Trainers.
- Your name will be written down on a board outside the Trainers’ Office and each day you complete your workout you will mark it down on the board.
- Complete your workout each day and gain points toward winning prizes.
- At the end of the 5thweek we will add up the total points to determine the winners.
- If there is a tie, there will be a workout “standoff.”
- Everyone involved in a workout standoff must create and summit their most creative and challenging workout. Best one wins the tie.

- The five-week fitness plan
- 3 different core workouts
- Tips about exercises, easy meal recipes and other motivational information through the Fitness Frenzy Facebook page.
- Accountability, encouragement and attention from our fitness staff.
