Ski & Snowboard Fit

What's your off the slopes ski training routine? If your answer primarily involves "pint-lifting" you have your work cut out for you!

It's never too early to begin training for ski season. In fact, efficient fitness for skiing is a year-round activity if you want to avoid injury, improve your technique and get the best out of your ski day.

This year we will offer two separate Ski Fitness Classes.  One class indoors led by Marietta Roberts, Fitness Director and one outdoors, led by Chris Voyvodic, Fitness Instructor.

This 8 week program will prepare you with what you need to ensure your ski season will be more fun (because you are in better shape) AND since you are in better shape there is less chance of injury!

Indoor Instructor: Marietta Roberts

When: Oct 3rd to Nov 22nd  

Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays 12:05-1:15pm

Registration: Starts Monday September 5th at the Front Desk

Cost: $150.00 for members $175.00 for non-members.


Outdoor Instructor: Chris Voyvodic
