Blacktop Boot Camp

Saturdays from 9-10 am - Six Sessions - June 10 - July 15.

Mark your calendars. Coming in June, we are offering Black Top Boot Camp. This high-interval class mixes body weight exercises with cardio and strength. Participants will be using ropes, flipping tires, sliding plates, jumping boxes and working with partners. Challenge yourself with this fast paced, calorie-blasting workout geared toward all fitness levels!

The one hour class is offered in six sessions every Saturday from June 10 through July 15 from 9-10 am. There are only 28 spaces available per class. Sign up online like all other paid classes, however all classes are open now! The cost is $6 per class and discounted punch cards can be used.
