Are you a former swimmer who wants to get back into the water? Have you always wanted to swim for the exercise and fun of it? If so, this is the program for you!

Back to the Pool is a swimming program at Old Town Hot Springs that encourages swimmers of all ages to come back and enjoy the pool. Locals and visitors alike attend each Saturday from 9 am – 10 am to work with USA Swimming Coach David Franzel to develop a program tailored to the individual needs and desires of each swimmer. Whether the objective is improved breathing, stroke, endurance, or speed, all swimmers will be given tools to help them succeed and enjoy. Whether you swim 1 lap or 100, Coach David can provide you with workouts and drills that you can adapt to your own needs.

Back to the Pool is free with membership or admission. No sign up is necessary. The program is expected to run at least through mid August.
