Pilates in the Water

Pilates in the Water is a variety of non-impact strengthening and stretching movements in the hot pool that require precise breathing and muscle control. Practicing Pilates in water develops trunk stabilization, enhances muscle strength, helps correct posture, and relieves stress. This series of exercises initiates all the movements from the abdominal, lower back, hip, and buttocks, and flows outward to the extremities. The postures and movements are adaptable for all levels.
