H2O Deep

This 45 minute class is held in the deep end of the lap pool during the summer, and in the deep end of the hot pool during the winter (formerly called Winter Water Fitness). It emphasizes building strength through a functional range of motion with cardiovascular intervals and stretching. Class focus is on core development, flexibility, and strength.
