Fit for Life

Held in the hot pool, this 45 minute class puts its emphasis on strength, balance, stretching, and relaxation. This class is suited to those who would like a gentle but challenging workout, or for those going through rehabilitation from injury. This exercise class is especially well-suited to the senior population.
